While proper shoes are a must, a good sports bra for women might even be MORE important.  Whether you are modestly endowed, super well endowed, naturally blessed, or surgically enhanced, you owe it to yourself to find the right bra to support your assets no matter how big or small.

I always feel so bad for women I see running at the lake or in races, and they are bouncing all over the place.  I want to stop them and tell them it doesn’t have to be that way, but they might find that slightly inappropriate.

Target is fine for the A cup exerciser, but if your sports bra is allowing any movement of “the girls,” it’s time to invest in something a little better.  You DO want to be able to breathe in your bra, but you don’t want to give yourself a black eye when jumping or running, and no, two bras worn together is not the answer.  For the B cup and above exerciser, check out Academy or running stores for a good bra.

Now, I’ll be honest, sometimes the “good” sports bra creates another workout in getting it on and off, but it’s worth it in the end when you have become fit, and your chi chis are still above your bellybutton.

    Hi Katie,
Since I hardly ever get on FB any more – I didn’t realize it was so close to your new business start date! I am so excited for you! This looks like an amazing opportunity for you as well as all the people who will be so lucky to have you as their PT. I sure wish you lived closer to Grove – or I lived closer to OKC! I am one of those people who is even intimated by the “Y”. So the thought of being able to come to your house or you come to mine would be awesome. What a great idea! And I love your business name and logo….you have done an incredible job setting this all up. I know you will be very successful. And what a gift to be able to do what you love and share your knowledge and experience with others. I wish you all the best….and am looking forward to seeing you soon and hearing more about it all. Much love, Aunt Fran
