Individual Plans

If you are looking to get fit, prepare for a 5k race or longer, or are just looking to get a one-on-one program in place without the pressure or stress of doing it in a large, impersonal group, our Individual Plans are perfect for you. All Individual Plans include:

  • A one-on-one session including life coaching in regard to healthy eating
  • A personalized exercise plan including cardio, strength, and flexibility
  • Ongoing phone/text/email support throughout the week for guidance with eating, help with ordering when eating out, reminders about how to do certain exercises, etc…

Option 1 @ $50/hour:  The trainer goes to the client’s location, meeting at the client’s home, neighborhood workout facility, neighborhood park, or nearby public park.

Option 2 @ $40/hour:  The client comes to the trainer’s home with equipped work out room, pool, spacious pool-side workout area.
